About us


Our Story

Sri Ramakrishna Vidya Samasthe – SRVS, was a dream of late Mr. J.R. Narayana Shetty and Mrs. Kalaivani. The founder Mr. J.R. Narayana Shetty who was working in the Education Department office at Bangarpet, had seen the struggles of the school students who were travelling on the roofs of government buses to get quality education. So, on this regard, he took a firm decision of opening a school at Budikote to provide quality education for the people of the surrounding areas. On this vision, he established SRVS in the year 1988. At present the school is being run with more than 300 students with 20+ well qualified teachers. The classes are well equipped and a computer lab with more than 10 desktops have been implemented for the students.
